About Kristen

Mrs. Thomas-Lorenzo is currently in her twentieth year in education which includes 16 years of teaching high school Spanish, 1 year teaching middle school Spanish and 1 year as a middle school instructional coach. She has also served as a mentor to the district’s new World Languages Teachers and is currently facilitating the Teacher Support and Coaching Specialist Endorsement class.

She graduated from the University of South Carolina – Columbia with a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology and Spanish. She has a Master’s in Education (Curriculum and Instruction) from Capella University and has completed all coursework towards her doctorate Educational Leadership and Administration. She also has completed 25 hours towards her Master’s in Sport Psychology.

She is currently an Instructional Coach in Georgia supporting ELA, Social Studies, World Languages and Fine Arts.
