About

About Kristen Thomas-Lorenzo

I’m an assistant principal, instructional leader, and lifelong learner with more than 21 years of experience in education. Throughout my career, I’ve had the privilege of serving as a classroom teacher, instructional coach, department leader, and school administrator, each role deepening my understanding of what it takes to support both educators and students.

My work is grounded in a simple belief: when teachers are supported, students thrive. Whether I’m facilitating professional learning, supporting collaborative teams, providing instructional feedback, or building systems that create clarity and consistency, my focus remains the same—helping people grow and succeed.

Today, I serve as an Assistant Principal at Towers High School, where I support curriculum and instruction, professional learning communities, school improvement initiatives, and teacher development. I am passionate about creating structures that strengthen teaching, foster collaboration, and improve outcomes for students.
